Refund Policy

How long does it take to receive my jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry available for sale is a piece of art handcrafted by Andrew and should ship within a few days. If for some reason we do not have the piece available, or Andrew can't create it immediately, or some other error has occurred, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Once your jewelry is complete, Backyard Silversmiths® will ship it for free if its destination is within the U.S.A.! We use First Class or Priority Mail shipping and most items arrive within 2-4 days after it leaves our shop. If you paid more than $100 for your jewelry, we will also include Signature Confirmation required.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We're proud of the unique items we create. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return your Backyard Silversmiths-created items within 14 days for a full refund. Items marked Artisan Finds are the work of other artists and makers and are sold "as is." However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return within 14 days for a full refund.

While we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our jewelry, we cannot offer a refund on T-shirts.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are issuing a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at andrew@backyardsilversmiths.com.
