How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry available for sale is a piece of art handcrafted by Andrew and should ship within a few days. If for some reason we do not have the piece available, or Andrew can't create it immediately, or some other error has occurred, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Backyard Silversmiths will ship your items for free if its destination is within the U.S.A.! We use First Class or Priority Mail shipping and most items arrive within 2-4 days after it leaves our shop. If you paid more than $100 for your jewelry, we will also include Signature Confirmation required.
The item I want says "Sold Out." When will it be back in stock?
Andrew is one guy and makes each piece by hand all by himself so he rotates the designs he works on. If you see something you really like, please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know the item you're interested in. These notifications help Andrew determine what he works on next!
Do you ship internationally?
We are only shipping within the United States at this time.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We're proud of the unique items we create. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return your Backyard Silversmiths-created items within 14 days for a full refund.
Items marked Artisan Finds are the work of other artists and makers and are sold "as is". However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return within 14 days for a full refund.
While we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our Backyard Silversmiths jewelry, we cannot offer a refund on T-shirts.
Do you accept commissions or custom requests?
We appreciate you considering us but due to the amount of time it takes to create our designs, we're not able to take on commissions or custom work at this time.
Do you do repairs?
We will do free repairs on any piece of Backyard Silversmiths created jewelry. If your Backyard Silversmiths piece has been damaged or just needs some extra TLC or a boost of shine, give us a call at 214-293-3273 or e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss refreshing the piece for you!
We do not do repairs on other jewelry.
How do I care for the jewelry?
Silver: Simply polishing the silver piece with a soft cloth from time to time should suffice. In fact, the more you wear your jewelry, the less likely it will tarnish. But for that extra boost of shine, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth or a dab of traditional silver polish.
Leather: It is our recommendation that leather should be kept as dry as possible. We recommend removing our leather bracelets and leather necklaces when showering or swimming.
Do you ever offer sales or discounts?
Yes! From time to time, we will offer discounts on our new designs, a seasonal promotion, or a fun sale 'just because'! Please note that one offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Only one offer is valid per transaction.
Can I purchase large quantities through your website?
Doubtful. Because each piece of jewelry is made by hand, all orders are reviewed to make sure Andrew can create the pieces within the quoted time frame. If the order can't be completed for any reason, we will cancel the order and give you a complete refund.
