How long does it take to receive my jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is a piece of art handcrafted by Andrew. It could take up to 2-3 weeks to create your piece and ship. If you need your jewelry sooner for a special occasion, please contact us and depending on the complexity of the piece, we'll let you know if we can have it ready by your special day. Also note, because each piece is handmade, weight and shape may vary slightly from what you see in the photos. 

Once your jewelry is complete, Backyard Silversmiths® will ship it for free if its destination is within the U.S.A.! We use First Class or Priority Mail shipping and most items arrive within 2-4 days after it leaves our shop. 

For our customers outside of the U.S., international shipping rates and delivery times do apply and are paid by the customer. This includes any VAT import taxes or customs taxes that may be charged by your home country. (England customers: we have had many reports of steep Duty charges from your home country).

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes :). We're proud of the unique items we have created. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return within 14 days for a full refund!

While we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our jewelry, we cannot offer a refund on T-shirts.

Do you do repairs?

We will do free repairs on any piece of Backyard Silversmiths created jewelry. If your Backyard Silversmiths piece has been damaged or just needs some extra TLC or a boost of shine, give us a call at 254-221-0405 or e-mail us andrew@backyardsilversmiths.com and we can discuss refreshing the piece for you!

We do not do repairs on other jewelry. 

How do I care for the jewelry?

Silver:  Simply polishing the silver piece with a soft cloth from time to time should suffice. In fact, the more you wear your jewelry, the less likely it will tarnish. But for that extra boost of shine, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth or a dab of traditional silver polish. 

Leather: It is our recommendation that leather should be kept as dry as possible. We recommend removing our leather bracelets and leather necklaces when showering or swimming.

Do you ever offer sales or discounts?

Yes! From time to time, we will offer discounts on our new designs, a seasonal promotion, or a fun sale 'just because'! Please note that one offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Only one offer is valid per transaction.

Can I purchase large quantities through your website?

Possibly. Because each piece of jewelry is made by hand, all orders are reviewed to make sure Andrew can create the pieces within the quoted time frame. If the order can't be completed for any reason, we will cancel the order and give you a complete refund.
